Overview
Avery Dennison DOL 1060Z is the high-gloss member of the DOL 1000Z Series: a 2.1 mil premium clear cast vinyl overlaminate with a clear permanent acrylic adhesive on a 2 mil PET synthetic liner that gives a super-smooth, paint-like gloss (90 GU at 60°). Avery rates it up to 5 years of vertical exposure.
Avery lists superior conformability to irregular substrates, excellent dimensional stability, and UV, temperature, humidity and salt-spray resistance, with ASTM E84 Type 1 or A and UL 410 slip resistance for floor graphics. Application surfaces are flat and flat with rivets; common uses include fleet, vehicle, marine, backlit, POP, wall murals, floor, window and outdoor signage.
DOL 1000Z Series is designed for Avery MPI 1105 SuperCast, which requires a DOL 1000Z, 1300Z or 1400Z laminate. For full wraps over compound curves, the thinner DOL 1360Z or DOL 1460Z is the better match.

Printer compatibility
Laminates are not printed. The 54" or 60" rolls cover prints from the 64" HP Latex 570. Laminate HP Latex 570 prints only after they have fully cured and cooled; latex prints come out dry, but follow the film maker's guidance before laminating.

Yes. Avery designs the DOL 1000Z Series for MPI 1105 SuperCast, which must be laminated with DOL 1000Z, 1300Z or 1400Z.
