Overview

Avery Dennison MPI 2903 Easy Apply is a 3 mil intermediate calendered vinyl with a gray permanent adhesive and Easy Apply air-release technology that helps push out bubbles during installation. It has good opacity and outdoor performance for short- to mid-term work, rated up to 4 years.

Use MPI 2903 for opaque signage, POP and trade-show graphics, and simple vehicle graphics on flat or simple-curve surfaces. The gloss white face prints cleanly on latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable printers.

Avery pairs MPI 2903 with DOL 2060 or DOL 3060 overlaminates (special order here). If you want an in-stock laminate pairing, ORAJET 3651RA with ORAGUARD 210/215 is a comparable permanent air-egress option.

Printer compatibility

The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
