Overview

General Formulations Concept 203 is a premium 3.0 mil gloss white calendered vinyl (201 is the 3.4 mil matte version) for short- to medium-term indoor and outdoor graphics. A clear acrylic adhesive forms a permanent bond to common graphics substrates, and the 90# liner gives excellent lay-flat in varying shop conditions, which makes large prints easier to handle and apply. The film is rated up to 5 years.

It is well suited to flat signage, panels, POP, labels and decals printed on latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable printers.

GF pairs 201/203 with its Concept 100 or 400 series overlaminates (special order). If you want a laminate from stock, ORAGUARD 210 or 215 are calendered options to test.

Printer compatibility

The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
