Overview

ORAJET 3165RA is an intermediate-grade calendered print film with a thicker 4 mil blended PVC construction and a solvent-based gray permanent adhesive with RapidAir air egress for fast, bubble-free application. It is rated up to 5 years and covered by the ORAFOL OCS ORALIFE warranty.

The heavier 4 mil face is easy to handle on large flat panels, walls and signs, and suits decals, fleet graphics on flat sides, general signage and window graphics. ORAFOL notes it is not for vehicle graphics or wraps over curves.

Laminate with ORAGUARD 210 or 215 (in stock), or 250AS for floors.

Printer compatibility

The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
