Overview

ORAJET 3164 is a 4 mil white soft calendered PVC film with a clear, water-based permanent adhesive, designed as an economical choice for general signage. The thicker 4 mil face handles well during application and it is rated up to 4 years.

Use it for flat signs, decals, panels and POP where a permanent bond and low price matter more than conformability. It prints on latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable printers on an 83# PE-coated silicone paper liner.

ORAFOL pairs 3164 with ORAGUARD 200 and 210 overlaminates; we stock ORAGUARD 210. For removable graphics choose ORAJET 3621; for air-egress installs choose ORAJET 3165RA or 3651RA.

Printer compatibility

The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
