3M Scotchcal Ultra-Matte Overlaminate 8915 is a 2 mil clear cast vinyl overlaminate with 3M's flattest finish (gloss <10 at 60°) on a kraft paper liner. It offers the greatest glare reduction in 3M's Scotchcal line, guards against scuffs and is cleanable.
3M recommends 8915 for fleet and vehicle wraps, watercraft, transit, signage and smooth walls, and its 2026 product bulletin lists an expected performance life of eight years (unwarranted, flat vertical outdoor surface). It is a great choice for glare-free wall graphics and distinctive matte wraps.
3M lists 8915 among the laminates for IJ180Cv3 and IJ180mC-10 in our range. For a standard matte cast finish, compare 8520.

Printer compatibility
Laminates are not printed. The 54" or 60" rolls cover prints from the 64" HP Latex 570. Laminate HP Latex 570 prints only after they have fully cured and cooled; latex prints come out dry, but follow the film maker's guidance before laminating.
