Overview
Avery Dennison DOL 1460Z Gloss is a premium, ultra-thin, super-conformable UV-stable cast PVC overlaminate (30 micron face) with a permanent acrylic adhesive on a 50 micron transparent PET liner. Avery designed it for use with MPI 1105 SuperCast media on the most difficult 3D applications, with excellent deep recess (channel) and compound-curve performance.
Avery's DOL 1460Z data sheet lists an outdoor life of up to 7 years, a wet-paint-like high gloss finish (90% at 60°), brilliant transparency, and exceptional adhesion to solvent, UV-curable, latex and screen-printed graphics. It also gives finished graphics extra body for application without the need for application tape.
Common applications are cars and vans, corrugated and flat-sided trucks, exterior and illuminated signage, window graphics and marine vessels. Choose DOL 1460Z over DOL 1360Z when a wrap has deep channels or complex 3D shapes.

Printer compatibility
Laminates are not printed. The 54" or 60" rolls cover prints from the 64" HP Latex 570. Laminate HP Latex 570 prints only after they have fully cured and cooled; latex prints come out dry, but follow the film maker's guidance before laminating.
