Overview
Briteline WrapCAST Overlaminate is a 2 mil (50 micron) ultra-flexible cast laminate with a permanent solvent adhesive that wets out quickly for a clean image. It offers excellent protection against UV radiation to prevent yellowing and has a 7-year outdoor film life.
It is designed for vehicle graphics and long-term signage and gives graphics a wet-paint look. Briteline recommends pairing it with Briteline WrapCAST film, and specifies the Optically Clear version for window perf; Briteline's chart lists OLWC-OPT54 for its 50/50 and 70/30 Precision Perf. We stock gloss and matte (54" and 60") and Optically Clear (54"), all 50 yd.
WrapCAST is the value cast wrap system in our range. Let inkjet prints fully outgas before laminating. For 3M or Avery wrap films, use their matched laminates.

Printer compatibility
Laminates are not printed. The 54" or 60" rolls cover prints from the 64" HP Latex 570. Laminate HP Latex 570 prints only after they have fully cured and cooled; latex prints come out dry, but follow the film maker's guidance before laminating.
