Overview
ORAGUARD 290GF is a 2 mil premium optically clear cast PVC laminating film with a clear, solvent-based permanent adhesive on a 1.6 mil silicone-coated polyester liner. ORAFOL rates it for a minimum life expectancy of 8 years on vertical surfaces with a UV protection extension factor of four years.
It is a cold laminate for long-term indoor and outdoor digital prints, specially suited to perforated window graphics and other jobs where the highest clarity and transparency are needed. ORAFOL recommends it with ORAJET 3951, 3951RA, 3951HT, 3850, 3751RA, 3551, 3551RA, 3551DT, 3109 and 3105HT, and ORALITE 5600 and 5650RA.
In our range it pairs with ORAJET 3951RA and 3551RA, and it is the optically clear choice for window perf. For opaque wraps where optical clarity is not needed, ORAGUARD 290 is less expensive.

Printer compatibility
Laminates are not printed. The 54" or 60" rolls cover prints from the 64" HP Latex 570. Laminate HP Latex 570 prints only after they have fully cured and cooled; latex prints come out dry, but follow the film maker's guidance before laminating.
