Overview
Briteline WrapCAST is a value-priced 2 mil cast wrap vinyl with air egress and low initial tack. Its adhesive bond builds with applied pressure, so panels can be positioned and repositioned easily, making it manageable even for a single installer. The 100% opaque white film has a high-gloss finish and is rated up to 7 years.
WrapCAST handles flat, riveted, simple-curve and compound-curve surfaces and is optimized for consistent print quality with latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable inks. It suits vehicle wraps and fleet graphics where you want cast-film conformability at a lower price than the 3M and Avery flagships.
Note: the manufacturer warns that low-initial-tack films are not ideal for print-and-cut lettering with small details. The recommended protection is the matching WrapCAST Overlaminate (not stocked here yet).

Printer compatibility
The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" or 60" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
