Overview
Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast Easy Apply RS is a 2 mil, removable, highly conformable cast film built for vehicle wraps and complex curves. Easy Apply air-release technology plus a repositionable slide (RS) adhesive let installers position large panels precisely before committing, and the film is rated up to 7 years outdoors.
It is a strong choice for fleet graphics, full wraps and watercraft; Avery also lists floor graphics, smooth wall graphics and opaque signage as applications. The gloss white film prints with latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable inks and has excellent dimensional stability for cutting and converting.
Important: Avery specifies that MPI 1105 must be paired with a DOL 1000Z, 1300Z or 1400Z series overlaminate. Those laminates are not stocked in this shop yet, so plan your laminate before ordering. If you would rather laminate with ORAGUARD 290 or 293 that we stock, look at ORAJET 3951RA instead.

Printer compatibility
The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll-to-roll printer, so this 54" or 60" roll loads normally. The manufacturer lists latex inks as compatible; use the film maker's HP Latex media profile (or the closest HP generic preset for this film type), let prints fully cure, and run a test panel before production.
