Overview
Duratex Cast Acrylic sheets route and engrave cleanly thanks to cast acrylic's high heat tolerance, which makes them less likely to chip or melt during routing than extruded sheet. They offer excellent light transmission and optical brilliance, withstand chemical and outdoor exposure, and come paper-masked on both sides with a 10-year warranty.
Clear 1/8" suits display covers, POP and light-duty sign faces; clear 1/4" gives rigid standoff signs, awards and edge-lit pieces; White 7328 in 3/16" is a translucent white made for illuminated sign faces. All are 48" x 96".
Duratex acrylic is digitally printable on many solvent, eco-solvent and UV platforms, but ink adhesion varies, so test. For lit signs, apply Briteline Translucent vinyl printed on your HP Latex printer to the 7328 face.

Printer compatibility
Not printable on the HP Latex 570 (roll-fed only, no rigid boards). Typical 570 workflow: print on a compatible adhesive vinyl, laminate, and mount it to this substrate, or route/cut the panel on a CNC. Direct-to-board printing needs a flatbed/hybrid such as the HP Latex R-series.
