Overview
3A Gatorfoam is a lightweight, rigid board with an extruded polystyrene foam core bonded to Luxcell wood-fiber facings impregnated with resin for integrity, durability and moisture resistance. It is highly impact resistant, edges will not crimp, and it can be direct printed or painted. White Gatorfoam is suitable indoors and outdoors.
This 48" x 96" white 1/2" board is ideal for mounted prints, trade-show and retail displays, lightweight signs and CNC-routed shapes that need to stay flat and rigid.
Mount prints from your HP Latex printer to Gatorfoam, or route shapes with the Belin plastic/wood bits. (The manufacturer notes black Gatorfoam is not recommended for exterior use.)

Printer compatibility
Not printable on the HP Latex 570 (roll-fed only, no rigid boards). Typical 570 workflow: print on a compatible adhesive vinyl, laminate, and mount it to this substrate, or route/cut the panel on a CNC. Direct-to-board printing needs a flatbed/hybrid such as the HP Latex R-series.
