Overview
Duna CORAFOAM HDU is a rigid, grain-free high-density polyurethane sheet used for carved and sandblasted signs, modeling and architectural elements. At 15 lb/ft3 density it carves crisply on a CNC, and it resists atmospheric agents, most solvents and moisture, making it a common replacement for wood signs. Duna offers a lifetime outdoor warranty.
Choose 1" for flat carved signs and relief panels and 1-1/2" for deeper V-carving, dimensional signs and prismatic letters. Boards are 4' x 8'.
HDU must be primed and painted for outdoor use. Bond panels with Dunabond HDU adhesive (per Duna), and carve with the Belin plastic/wood bits.

Printer compatibility
Not printable directly (not a digital substrate) and cannot run on the HP Latex 570. Carve on a CNC, prime and paint, and add printed vinyl accents if needed.
