Overview
MAXMETAL is an aluminum composite material (ACM): two pre-painted 0.15 mm aluminum skins bonded to a 100% recycled polyethylene core, 3 mm overall. It is lighter and more durable than MDO or solid aluminum, the low-mineral core makes it easy to fabricate, and it is UL Recognized and FHWA approved.
This 4' x 8' matte white panel is the workhorse for outdoor signs, real estate and site signs, wayfinding and wall panels. It is painted both sides, so double-sided signs are easy.
Route it with the Belin aluminum O-flute bits, and apply vinyl printed on your HP Latex printer, laminated with ORAGUARD 210 or 215, for durable outdoor signs.

Printer compatibility
Not printable on the HP Latex 570 (roll-fed only, no rigid boards). Typical 570 workflow: print on a compatible adhesive vinyl, laminate, and mount it to this substrate, or route/cut the panel on a CNC. Direct-to-board printing needs a flatbed/hybrid such as the HP Latex R-series.
