Overview

Duratex 13oz Double-Sided Smooth Banner has a polyester fabric embedded between two PVC vinyl layers for a smooth, opaque, flexible, water-resistant banner. High opacity blocks backlight and shadows so both faces look vivid, which makes it right for hanging banners viewed from both sides. It is 250 x 250 denier and NFPA 701 fire retardant.

Use it for pole, ceiling and street banners and indoor/outdoor double-sided displays.

Important for latex printers: the manufacturer says platen protectors must be used when printing double-sided banners on latex machines, or ink can stick to the platens, bunch the material and cause head strikes.

Printer compatibility

The HP Latex 570 is a 64" roll printer, so this 54" roll loads normally; the manufacturer lists latex compatibility. Use a banner media preset or the maker's profile and test. For double-sided printing on latex, use platen protectors as the manufacturer requires.
