Franchise & Multi-Location
One RIP. Every location.
The same color out of all of them.
If you run a network of print and sign locations, your RIP software is probably one of your largest recurring line items — and the reason a job printed in one store doesn’t match the same job printed in another. BendiStudio replaces the per-seat subscription treadmill with licensing you own, and gives every location the same profiles, presets and output.
Built for the problems networks actually have
Not a bigger version of a single-seat product — the things that only hurt once you have more than one shop.
Color that matches store to store
Build a media profile once and push the same one to every location. A customer who orders the same banner in two cities gets the same banner. No more per-store color drift because each shop tuned its own curves.
Licensing you own
Perpetual licenses mean a location that stops paying doesn’t stop printing. Volume pricing across the network, billed to head office or per location — whichever matches how you actually run the books.
Faster RIP on the hardware you have
BendiRip rasterizes concurrently across CPU threads and the GPU, so large-format files that legacy RIPs chew through one at a time finish in a fraction of the time — without buying a new workstation for every store.
Custom print workflow work
Hot folders, naming conventions, nesting rules, job ticketing, handoffs into the systems you already run. If your network has a workflow, we can build BendiStudio around it rather than asking sixty shops to change how they work.
Print and cut in one app
BendiCut is included. Contour cutting, registration marks and cut paths live in the same application as the RIP, so there is one tool to deploy, one to train on, and one to support.
Onboarding that scales
Rolling out to twelve locations is a different job from installing on one. We help with the deployment plan, the profile set, and training the people who will actually run it.
What the subscription treadmill costs a network
A worked example at ten locations, comparing a typical per-seat RIP subscription against BendiStudio perpetual licenses.
| Ten locations, five years | Cost |
|---|---|
| Typical per-seat RIP subscription, ~$200/month per location | $120,000 |
| BendiStudio perpetual, $699 per location (list, before volume pricing) | $6,990 |
| Difference over five years | $113,010 |
Illustrative, using list pricing and a representative competitor subscription rate — your actual numbers depend on which products and tiers your locations are on today, and volume pricing brings the BendiStudio figure down further. Bring us a recent invoice and we will work it through against your real costs on the call.
Payment terms that fit a rollout
Few networks want to convert every location in the same month, and few want one invoice for all of it.
Staged by location
Convert in waves and pay as each wave goes live, so spend tracks the rollout instead of landing up front for stores that haven’t been trained yet.
Annual or multi-year
Annual billing is two months cheaper than monthly on subscription plans. Multi-year and mixed perpetual-plus-subscription arrangements are on the table for larger networks.
Head office or per store
Central billing with one invoice and one PO, or each franchisee on their own card. Purchase orders and net terms are available for established networks.
Payment terms are agreed directly with us as part of your agreement. We are a software company, not a lender, and we don’t offer credit or financing products — if you need third-party equipment finance, your existing finance partner can usually include software in the same package.
Request a consultation
Tell us about your network and we’ll come back with a concrete proposal — pricing for your seat count, a rollout plan, and an honest answer on whether your printers are supported today.

Mention your franchise brand and location count and we’ll prepare before the call.
Franchise questions
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Pricing improves with seat count, and larger networks are quoted individually rather than off the public price list. Tell us your location count and which plan mix you want and we’ll put real numbers in front of you.
Can head office manage licenses centrally?
Yes. Licenses can be billed and administered from one account, with each location activated on its own machine. Locations can also self-manage if that suits your structure better.
What if a franchisee leaves the network?
A perpetual license belongs to whoever bought it. If head office owns the licenses, a seat can be moved to a different location. If the franchisee bought their own, it stays with them. We’ll set this up to match how your agreements are written.
Will it work with the printers we already own?
BendiRip drives the HP Latex 300 and 500 series today. The 600, 700 and 800 series use a newer HP job language we haven’t added yet, and sending to them is disabled in the app so nothing gets damaged. Send us your fleet list and we’ll tell you exactly what’s covered before you spend anything.
Can you build something specific for us?
Often, yes — hot folder structures, naming and nesting rules, job ticket handoffs and integrations with systems you already run. Custom work is scoped and quoted separately from licensing. Bring the workflow to the call.
How long does a rollout take?
A single location is same-day. A network depends on how many machines, how many media profiles need building and how much training you want. We’ll give you a realistic schedule, not an optimistic one, once we know the scope.
