Common questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Start the trial with a card on file and you get the full product for 14 days. If you cancel before day 14 (Manage subscription → Cancel), nothing is charged. If you keep it, billing of $29/month starts automatically on day 15 and you can cancel any time after that.

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes. Sign in to your account and click “Move to another computer” — you can do this yourself up to 3 times a year. Need more than that? Message us.

What does the Lifetime license include?

It never expires, and every update we release for 3 years after your purchase is included free. After that the version you have keeps working forever; newer versions are an optional upgrade.

Which printers are supported?

BendiRip supports the HP Latex range. Tell us your model if you have a question about a specific machine.
