Overview

The HP Latex 730 is a 64" production latex printer for shops that need to push more work with consistent quality. HP's latest latex inks and non-circular-nozzle printhead architecture produce vivid color and sharp 4-point text, and HP Pixel Control mixes and places ink precisely for uniform color.

It uses 1-liter HP 832 cartridges, has an embedded spectrophotometer for custom ICC profiles, and loads rolls from the front without a spindle. HP lists production speeds up to 334 ft²/hr, with up to 1,130 ft²/hr maximum and 172 ft²/hr in quality mode per the specifications, at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi.
